JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri K.R. Singh, learned counsel shall obtain instructions on behalf of opposite party No. 1. Notices shall be issued to opposite party Nos. 2 and 4 returnable within two weeks.
Post this petition before the appropriate Court on 15 February 2016.
Sri Singh shall file an Affidavit in response to the allegations carried in this petition in the meanwhile.
It is made clear that in case the Affidavit on behalf of the opposite party No. 1 and the newly noticed opposite parties 2 and 4 are not filed on or before the date fixed, they shall remain present before this Court on 15 February 2016.
