Issue notice on the newly added respondent. Since Mr. Rashesh Randani, learned AGP has instructions to appear in the matter, he waives service of notice on behalf of the newly added respondent. The State respondent is directed to file affidavit in the meantime. Copy of the lease agreement filed by Mr. Joshi be kept with the record.
