JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) The petitioner is directed to join the Company against whom allegations have been made in this application and against whom the action has been proposed to be taken. In the meantime, state respondent will comply with the direction contained in the order dated 2nd February, 2012, positively within two weeks.
Notice be issued upon the added respondent, returnable on 27th December, 2012.
