In this Original Petition, the limited prayer is for a direction to the court below to issue certified copy of the order in I.A. 1103 of 2014 in O.S. 113 of 2013 of Sub Court, Thiruvalla.
2. There are several suits filed by the plaintiff for money in which the question of execution of certain documents by the petitioner was in issue. Contending that similar issue arises for consideration in almost ten of the suits filed by the plaintiff, the petitioner moved for joint trial of all the suits. Among them O.S. 113 of 2013 alone was ripe for trial. It is pointed out that the court below disallowed the prayer for joint trial. Even though the petitioner had filed an application for certified copy of the order, it has not been issued so far and in the meanwhile O.S. 113 of 2013 is posted for trial to 27.10.2014.

3. The only prayer is for a direction to the court below to issue certified copy of the order in I.A.1103 of 2014 in O.S. 113 of 2013 and until it is received by him, trial of O.S. 113 of 2013 may be deferred.
4. In the nature of the order that is proposed to be passed in this petition, it is felt that notice to the respondent is unnecessary.
This Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Court, Thiruvalla to issue certified copy of the order in I.A. 1103 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within two weeks from today. Until then, trial of O.S. 113 of 2013 pending before Sub Court, Thiruvalla shall stand deferred.
