The petitioners intend to challenge the order in I.A.No.1148/2014 in O.S.No.107 of 2013 appropriately. The petitioners lament that the certified copy of the order though applied for has not been obtained. 2. I direct the court of the Subordinate Judge of Thiruvalla to issue certified/carbon copy of the order in I.A.No.1148/2014 in O.S.No.107/2013 on its file. The same shall be issued to the petitioners on usual terms within a period of 10 days from today.
3. The trial of the suit in O.S.No.107/2013 on the file of the court of the Subordinate Judge of Thiruvalla shall stand deferred by two weeks in the circumstances.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
