Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 & 2 and Sri Madhur Prakash who appears for the respondent no. 5.
The petitioner's grievance as raised in the writ petition with regard to a representation made by her on 22.10.2018 for resolving the audit objection no. 5(3) of the year 2004-2005 raised by the respondent no. 2. It is her case that the said representation for resolving of audit objection still lies undisposed of.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
