1. The present application is filed by the convict through his mother seeking temporary bail for a period of 65 days so as to undertake agricultural operation and to provide financial assistance to the family.
2. The husband of the convict - Niyajhussain Fatemiya Malek is also co-convict in this matter and he is granted temporary bail by order dated 11.07.2012 in Criminal Misc.Application No.9740 of 2012. Besides, the present applicant-convict was also on temporary bail for a period of 10 days in the month of March-April 2012 on the occasion of sad demise of his uncle-in-law.
3. Taking into consideration the facts of the case, no case is made out for grant of prayer of temporary bail. The application is rejected.
