Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Parvider @ Bucha, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.446 of 2019, under Sections- 147,148,149,307,506 IPC, Police Station- Badalpur District- Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of trial.
Considering the fact that there is allegation of attempt to murder against the applicant.The injured has suffered ten injuries and applicant has criminal history of three cases as pointed out by the learned A.G.A. It is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
The applicant is on interim anticipatory bail by order of this court dated 10.2.2021.The interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant is cancelled.
The application is dismissed.
