An affidavit has been filed duly sworn by the Investigating Officer.
Learned AGA states that he has gone through the CD and found that a video clip was handed over by some villagers to the Investigating Officer showing the petitioners slaughtering the animals. He fairly states that the said video clip does not pertain to the incident with regard to which impugned F.I.R. has been registered. He states that as of date, the investigating agency has no evidence in its possession against the petitioners.
Having regard to the above stand, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that the petitioners shall not be subjected to any harassment or coercive measure, unless the investigating agency comes in possession of some credible evidence against them.
