Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner Parveen with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for the purpose of fair investigation and to ensure the arrest of the accused respondent in case crime No. 417 of 2012 under sections 147, 148, 149, 376, 354, 323 IPC, P.S. Biswan, District Sitapur.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case she is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P. Sitapur who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
