Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
“(a) to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 13.05.2017 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) in Case Crime No.0382 of 2017, under Sections 366 & 366 I.P.C., Police Station Delhi gate, District Aligarh.”
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, bearing no.109 of 2017 dated 12.7.2017, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
