None appears to press the revision despite repeated calls.
On the last date also the counsel for the revisionist did not appear. It appears that the revisionist is not interested to pursue the matter. Moreover, the finding returned by the Judge, Family Court, Azamgarh in Criminal Case No.177 of 1997 indicates that the revisionist was not divorced and she was residing with her husband.
No case was made out by her for grant of maintenance. No infirmity much less material illegality or procedural impropriety is found in the judgment of the Judge, Family Court, Azamgarh in Criminal Case No.177 of 1997.
The revision is, accordingly, dismissed.
Certify the judgment to the court below immediately.
