After some argument, counsel appearing for the petitioner prayed for dismissal of the instant petition, as not pressed, with liberty to the petitioner to avail right of appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 The prayer made is allowed.
The petition is accordingly dismissed, as not pressed, with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioner.
Certified copies of the order shall be returned to the counsel for the petitioner, in case an application in that regard is moved, after retaining photostat copy on record.
