(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) It is pointed out by learned advocate Mr.R.M.Desai appearing for the Official Liquidator that this matter is required to be heard along with O.J.Appeal No.24/2003, which is not placed on Board today. This appeal is now adjourned to 19.07.2012 to be placed with O.J.Appeal No.24/2003. It is pointed out by Mr.Desai that there are so many matters pending involving the same issue. Mr.R.M.Desai, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator may supply the list of such appeals in the Registry and the Registry may place them on Board on the same date.
