Leave to join District Collector, Surat, as party-respondent No.4 is granted. Cause title to be amended forthwith.
Issue notice returnable on 10.2.2012.
Learned APP waives service on behalf of the State.
The District Collector, Surat, shall place on record the nature of subject matter of land, its ownership/occupancy, etc, on or before the returnable date.
Direct service is permitted qua the newly joined party-respondent No.4, District Collector, Surat.
