Learned APP Ms.Calla submits, on instructions, that the trial is commenced and five witnesses are examined.
The District Judge, Rajkot is hereby directed to give necessary instructions to the concerned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Rajkot to dispose of the case arising from C.R.No.202 of 2010 registered with Bhaktinagar Police Station as early as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the order as the present applicant-lady is in jail since 26.11.2010. If the trial will not completed within four months, then the applicant is at liberty to file fresh application for bail.
In view of the above, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission as prayed for is granted. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Direct service is permitted.
