The grievance of the petitioner is that after the petitioner's husband died on 19.9.2018, the appointment under the relevant Government Order was not being provided to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has filed a representation on 6.7.2019 before the Sub-Divisional Officer.
It is, therefore, directed that the application dated 6.7.2019 filed by the petitioner be decided by the Sub-Divisional Officer as per the Government Order dated 15.2.2019 within a period of one month from the presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
