Sri Vishal Kakkar, learned counsel for the opposite party states that the contention of the applicant that she is not being paid old age pension has been found to be incorrect after due enquiry. He submits that pension is being disbursed to the applicant.
In view thereof, nothing further survives on this petition which shall stand disposed of.
