1. Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State of U.P.
2. This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed by petitioners seeking a writ of mandamus commanding Respondents-Competent Authority to decide Case No. D-201816530006728 under Section 3G(5) of National Highway Authority Act, 1956 (Bhaggu and Others Vs. Project Director and Others), Mauja Rajapur Pargana Kantit, Tehsil- Lalganj, District Mirzapur and Case No. D-201816530006733 under Section 3G(5) of Act, 1956 (Parvati Devi Vs. Project Director and Others) Mauja- Rajapur, Tehsil- Lalganj, District- Mirzapur, expeditiously.
3. A copy of order-sheet (Annexures- 6 and 7 to the writ petition) clearly shows that counsel for petitioners is also responsible for non disposal of matter expeditiously, inasmuch as, he has not appeared before Court many times due to abstention from work. Hence, we do not find any reason to issue such a mandamus sought in this writ petition.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
