JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
“1. issue a writ of certiorari or any other order or direction in the nature thereof calling for the records relating to Ext.P8 and quash the same;
2. issue a writ of mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature thereof directing Respondent No.1 to accept Ext.P6 sale deed and register the same;
3. issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and necessary to grant in the circumstances of the case.”
2. Apparently, Ext.P8 has been issued stating that Will W.P.(C)No.13354 of 2014 -:2:-
No.139/85 has been cancelled and therefore there is no document to prove the title of the petitioner. Petitioner relies upon Ext.P3 judgment, which inter alia declares the rights of the parties. The party respondent has also filed affidavit before this Court stating that they have no objection in registering the said document in terms of Ext.P6 sale deed.
In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of as under:
Ext.P8 order is set aside and the first respondent is directed to register the original of Ext.P6 document, in accordance with the procedure prescribed without insisting for any other document to prove the title of the petitioner.
