Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the letter of cancellation dated 24.02.2014 vide Annexure – G passed by the respondent and etc., This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in 'B' Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.Chandrashekar.N, learned counsel for Sri.M.V.V.Ramana, learned counsel the petitioner.
Sri.Sharath Mulia, learned counsel for Sri.Ravindra.R., learned counsel for the respondent.
In this petition, the petitioner is seeking to quash the letter of cancellation bearing No.BAO/RGGLV/MASTHI/008 dated 24.02.2014 contained in Annexure-G.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has assailed the validity of order dated 24.02.2014, by which the candidature of the petitioner for grant of LPG dealership has been rejected. It is further submitted that subsequently re-draw of lots has taken place and the LPG dealership has been commissioned in the name of Shivatanaya Indane Gramin Vitarak on 30.09.2014.
3. The petitioner has neither challenged the action of respondent in re-drawing the lots nor has impleaded the newly appointed distributor. Therefore, no relief in this writ petition can be granted to the petitioner. However, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to her in accordance with law.
