…PETITIONERS ...RESPONDENTS (By Sri.I.S.Pramod Chandra, SPP-II for R-1 Sri.A.Hanumanthappa, Advocate for R-2) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioners for the offences p/u/s 420, 506, 120(B) of IPC in Crime No.248/2014 and consequential proceedings pending on the file of JMFC-III Court at Mysuru in PCR No.25/2014 vide Annexure-C.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.248/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506, 120(B) of IPC.
2. Counsel for the petitioners is absent. Learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.1 submits that on completion of the investigation, ‘B’ report has been submitted on 11.05.2015 and the same is accepted by the learned Magistrate on 20.07.2015.
3. In view of the above facts, petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
In view of the disposal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2014 does not survive for consideration and the same is dismissed.
