Obulesu Panchayath Secretary Kothapalli Grampanchayath Penagaluru Post and Mandal YSR Kadapa District and another … Respondents THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.1079 OF 2014 ORDER: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This contempt case cannot be maintained as we noticed that Civil Court has already granted an order of temporary injunction restraining the respondents from proceeding with the matter. As such, we cannot entertain the contempt case, at this stage. We also noticed that after two days of our order dt.18.11.2013, the Civil Court passed the interim order. It is submitted that steps have been taken to get the interim order vacated.
We, therefore, close the contempt case.
