1. Rule.
Mr.Premal R. Joshi, learned counsel waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondents.
2. By way of this application, the applicant-original petitioner seeks to change the names of respondent Nos.1 and 2 as, after the new Act of 2003, the erstwhile Gujarat Electricity Board is replaced by different companies.
3. Considering the averments made in the application and even Mr.Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection if the application is granted, the application deserves to be accepted.
4. Hence, the application is allowed. The applicant-original petitioner is directed to carry out the necessary amendment latest by 05.03.2012 and serve the amended copy of the petition upon Mr.Premal Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
5. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
