Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-IV, Hamirpur be directed to decide the Sessions Trial No.8 of 2008 (State Vs. Ghanshyam alias Lali and others) arising out of case crime no. 22 of 2003 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 IPC, P.S. Sisolar, District Hamirpur expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant urged that the learned lower court may be directed to decide the sessions trial as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid sessions trial expeditiously fixing short dates if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is finally disposed of.
