JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.D.M.Ahuja, learned advocate for the applicant drew my attention to communication dated 04.08.2010 addressed to D.S.P., Amreli by the petitioner and to Annexure-J which according to Mr.Ahuja contains some communication between the petitioner and respondent no.2 regarding the incident.
Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the concerned Investigating Officer shall investigate said alleged communication, allegedly recorded in the mobile phone of the petitioner and he seeks time.
