Heard Mr. Macwan, learned advocate for the applicant.
2. The applicant - original petitioner has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/direction:-
"(A) THIS HON'BLE COURT may be pleased to pass an order fixing Special Civil Application No.23453/2006 for final hearing at an early date, as may be convenient to this Hon'ble Court;"
3. Having regard to the averments made in the application and considering the submissions made by Mr. Macwan, learned advocate for the applicant, and also taking into consideration the fact that old and senior writ petitions than present writ petition are already admitted and awaiting final hearing, the application stands disposed of with direction to the office that the writ petition being Special Civil Application No.23453 of 2006 be listed in the cause list of Final Hearing in due course, considering its seniority.
4. With the aforesaid observations and direction, present application stands disposed of.
