Only prayer made in the present writ petition is to issue a direction to respondent no. 2 namely the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P., Allahabad, to provide a scanned copy of the answer script of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination-2018 to the petitioner pursuant to the application dated 13.9.2018 moved by her alongwith the bank draft of Rs. 2,000/-.
A copy of the application with the bank draft is appended at pages '21' and '22' of the paper book.
In view of the said prayer, the present writ petition is being disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 namely the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P., Allahabad, to provide a scanned copy of the answer script to the petitioner, preferably, within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order, after verification of the application and bank draft appended therein.
