Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Jyotsna Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged her disqualification to act as Director under Section 164 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013 for non-filing of Financial Statements and Annual Returns with the respondent No.2 for a consecutive period of three financial years.
At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the issues raised in the present writ petition are squarely covered by the decisions of this Court one passed in bunch lead by Writ-C No.12498 of 2019 (Jai Shankar Agrahari and others Vs. Union of India) dated 16.01.2020 and other in Misc. Bench No.17069 of 2019 (Ariz Abbas Vs. Union of India & Others) dated 25.09.2019.
Smt. Jyotsna Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 does not dispute the said fact.
The orders passed in above matters will enure for the benefit of petitioner and respondents to act as per the same terms.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in same terms.
