Sri.C.Jagadish, learned special counsel for the respondent.
2. The petitions are admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.
3. In these petitions, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the order dated 17.11.2012 passed by the respondent.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.23414/2013 dated 25.06.2015.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, for the reasons assigned by this Court by an order dated 25.06.2015 passed in W.P.No.23414/2013, the writ petitions are disposed of on the same terms and with similar directions.
