Shri Majmudar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a view to approach the respondent no.1 with a prayer to decide the Permission Application No.36/01/08 within stipulated time.
Permission, as sought for is granted. The matter is disposed of as withdrawn. In case, if the petitioners approaches the concerned respondent with such application, then in case, if the respondent no.1 - Charity Commissioner is unable to decide the same, at least the application for deciding the same be decided with reasoned order within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of there from. The application shall made on or before 01.02.2012. Direct service is permitted.
