JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court order dated 17.09.2011 passed by this Court [Coram : Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajesh H. Shukla] in Special Criminal Application No. 2685 of 2011, by which ad-interim relief in terms of para 7(c) is granted i.e. further proceedings of the impugned complaint is stayed. It is to be noted that FIR in the present petition and Special Criminal Application No. 2685 of 2011 is one and the same.
2. This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to quash and set aside the impugned FIR being I CR No.3259/2011 registered with Dhoraji Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 504 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(1)(10) of The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes [Prevention of Atrocities] Act, 1989.
3. Since the impugned FIR is common in both the petitions, the Registry may place both the matters before either of the Bench, after obtaining necessary order from Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till further order.
