JUDGMENT / ORDER

In deference to order dated 1.7.2014 affidavit has been filed in Court, which is taken on record.
In para 3 of the affidavit, it has been pleaded that maintenance amount is being paid to respondent no.2 and no amount is due to be paid.
Issue notice to respondent no.2, returnable on 12.8.2014, Dasti only.
List on 1.9.2014.
In the meantime, petitioners may appear before the trial court in response to bailable warrants and seek bail.
On the next date of listing, it would also be considered whether the matter can be referred for mediation.
