It has been brought on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the mediation proceeding is going on between the parties pursuant to the direction and observations made by this Court vide order dated 23rd December 2009, Smt. Sangeeta Trivedi and others vs. State of U.P. and others. The petitioner, who is a coaccused in Case Crime No.83 of 2009 under Section 498A/323/504/506/452 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Mahila Thana, Kanpur Nagar has approached this Court seeking stay of his arrest. We find that in the earlier writ petition, being Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.26551 of 2009, the arrest of the petitioner therein had been stayed. We, therefore, stay the arrest of the petitioner also in the aforesaid case crime till the final outcome of the proceedings before the Mediation Centre.
