This writ petition challenges the action of the respondents in not discharging their statutory duties with regard to the constructions made by the 12th respondent..
When the matter is called today, the learned counsel for the 12th respondent has placed on record the order passed in W.P.No.6140 of 2010 dated 23.03.2011. The said writ petition was filed by one Sri K.Venkata Basavaiah against Sri Kurcheti Srinivasa Rao, who is the 12th respondent herein and who was arrayed as 6th respondent in the said writ petition. The said writ petition also sought similar direction to the official respondents herein. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequently by order dated 03.06.2011 the Grampanchayat, Bhadrachalam granted permission in favour of the 12th respondent herein i.e., Sri Kurcheti Srinivasa Rao.
In view of the said subsequent developments, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
