JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. A.S. Asthavadi, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. Yadav, learned advocate for the OL.
Having regard to the explanation mentioned in the application and submissions made by learned advocate for the applicant, the order dated 6.2.2012 in Company Application No.566 of 2011 is recalled. The office is directed to restore the proceedings of Company Application No.566 of 2011 to its original file.
Present application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of paragraph No. 8(A). The application stands disposed of accordingly.
