JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocates for the parties have filed their respective affidavits, pursuant to the last order dated 05.12.2012. Learned advocate Mr. Sanjay Mehta for the father prays for time to file further affidavit on merits in respect of the various suggestions mentioned in the order dated 05.12.2012 regarding re-examination of son Parth by a panel of doctors, to which, learned advocate Mr. R.L. Mehta has reservations.
Learned advocate Mr. Sanjay Mehta is permitted to file affidavit. For that purpose, matter may be posted on 23.01.2013. The matter may receive further consideration on that day.
