JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is an appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act of the year 2000. There is deficiency in payment of court fees. However, till date court fess has not been made good despite time being granted vide order dated 17.11.04.
In view of the above, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
The appeal is dismissed for non-payment of court fees.
