(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned A.G.P. Ms. Moxa Thgakkar tendered affidavit of respondent No.2 dated 23rd March,2012. She submitted that even before the present Contempt Petition was filed, the authorities had taken decision as desired by this Court in the order dated 23rd March, 2011. She submitted that such decisions were also communicated to the applicant on 14.6.2011 which was received by the applicant on 15.6.2011. The learned A.G.P. shall supply copy of this affidavit to the Counsel for the applicant to enable him to take instructions. S.O. to 2nd April, 2012.
