Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Suresh Singh, learned Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the final judgment and order dated 18.02.2021 passed in Writ - A No. 2794 of 2021 (Parminder Singh v. Managing Director, U.P. Jal Nigam & others).
Today when the matter is taken up, Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party has produced the chart as well as photocopy of the cheque, from which, it appears that necessary payment has been made in favour of the applicant. The chart as well as photocopy of the cheque is taken on record.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
