Heard Sri Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri Ganesh Kumar submits that Mutation Suit No. 22/29/31/91/478, Computerized No. T201217141876 (Pandohi vs. Teres Ram) under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act, Village-Kesarai, Tappa-Gaur, Pragana-Basti is pending since 2013 before the respondent no. 2-Naib Tehsildar, Gaur, Harraiya, Basti.
In view of such facts, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2-Naib Tehsildar, Gaur, Harraiya, Basti to decide the aforesaid mutual suit of the petitioner on its merits, if possible, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today on PDF form strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, the writ petition is disposed of.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
