With the instructions of the Director of Madhyamik Education (U.P.) Lucknow, the order dated 28.01.2019 has been brought on record stating therein that permission for filling up one vacant post of Junior Assistant has given to the petitioner's institution, subject to the conditions mentioned in the said order.
The copy of the said order granting prior permission for appointment under Regulation 101 in Chapter 3 of Intermediate Education Act' 1921 has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with, the Contempt Petition is rendered infructuous.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
