Allegation in the writ petition is that private respondent has raised construction on the land earmarked as Chak Road, Parti and Nali.
Grievance of the above nature can always be examined by the competent revenue authorities with reference to proceedings under Section 25 or 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Petitioner, therefore, is permitted to bring all such facts to the notice of the third respondent, who shall get the facts inquired and would take appropriate action referable to the above provision after notice to the private respondent in accordance with law, expeditiously.
Subject to the observations made above, this petition stands disposed off.
