Heard Sri Anand Pal Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri I.P.Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is husband of the deceased. Two witnesses of fact have turned hostile before the trial court and the applicant is in jail since 26.3.2015.
Learned AGA opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the trial is in progress.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submissions advanced, I find that no good ground is made out for enlarging the applicant on bail.
The bail application of the applicant Parmesh Chauhan, involved in case crime no. 222 of 2015, under Sections 498A, 304B IPC & 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Maharajganj is, accordingly, rejected.
However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the aforesaid case and conclude the same within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before the trial court.
The applicant is directed to produce the certified copy of this order before the trial court for it's compliance.
