Nothing has been brought on record to disclose as to what is the current stage of the suit. Only the last order dated 22.03.2018 has been brought on record to indicate that the next date fixed is 22.05.2018.
In view of the above, the court is not in a position to ascertain as to whether a specific direction as prayed for is required, at this stage.
