Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent no 5 Sri Azad Rai and learned Standing Counsel.
The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision being Revision No. C201902000001237 of 2019 under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Revision being Revision No. C201902000001237 of 2019 under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
For a period of two months or till the decision of the Revision, whichever is earlier, status quo as of today be maintained.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
