JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Apart from the issue of maintainability of the appeal, it was submitted by learned counsel Mr.Mehta appearing for respondent No.2 that by now the order referring the industrial dispute is made by the Government of India vide order dated 14.2.2012 and hence, the appellant has opportunity to take all the contentions available to him before the Labour Court in the reference sought by himself. Copy of the aforesaid order dated 14.2.2012 is placed on record. In that view of the matter, the appeal is not required to be entertained and accordingly, it is disposed of and notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
