JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Leave to amend.
2. RULE.
Shri Mansoori, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent no. 2.
3. The present application has been preferred by the applicants-heirs and legal representatives of the original appellant permitting them to be brought on record as appellants nos. 1/1 to 1/4 in Second Appeal No. 26/2012 as well as applicants nos. 1/1 to 1/4 in Civil Application No. 1685/2012 in Second Appeal No. 26/2012.
4. Considering the fact that the present application is filed within the period of limitation, the present application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to be brought on record as appellants nos. 1/1 to 1/4 and applicants nos. 1/1 to 1/4 in Civil Application No. 1695/2012 in Second Appeal No. 26/2012 as heirs and legal representatives of the applicant-original appellant. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
5. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the main Second Appeal as well as Civil Application accordingly.
