In response to the notice for final disposal, the respondent no.5 has appeared in person and placed on record the cancellation of offer of appointment and appointment itself issued by Deputy Secretary, Revenue Department, State of Gujarat dated 29.08.2012. He personally appears and submits that he has no interest in this litigation, as he is interested in the job offer at all. Therefore, he prays to be deleted as a respondent in this matter. Learned advocate Shri Bambhania for the petitioners also submits that in light of this development he be permitted to delete as respondent no.5 in this petition. Permission, as sought for is granted. The respondent no.5 shall stands deleted. S.O. to 19.02.2013.
