The Life Insurance Corporation of India, Represented by its Senior Divisional Manager, “Jeevan Jyothi”, 1st Floor, 2nd stage, Indiranagar, Bengaluru-560038. … Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct he R-1 LIC to appoint the petitioner as sub-staff in the various offices in which they deem fit: and further direct the said respondent not to consider the list alleged to have been sent to it by the R-2 for appointment as sub-staff as per annexure-H and etc., This writ petition coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R Despite opportunity granted on 30.03.2017 and a peremptory order passed on 25.4.2017, office objections have not been removed.
2. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It is apparent that the petitioner is not diligent in prosecution of the case. Hence, petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
